A Culinary Chapter with Relais & Châteaux
Collaborating with Relais & Châteaux as a Pastry Consultant was an opportunity that extended far beyond the kitchen. While not a full-time position—partly shaped by the lingering effects of the COVID aftermath—it allowed me to share my expertise with an esteemed property and contribute meaningfully to its culinary excellence.
